Brought to you by Studio Sollum, Glow Through Your Flow is an empowering menstrual wellness session designed to help you understand your cycle, support your body during your period, and move in a way that feels restorative.

This 90-minute workshop brings together menstrual education, supportive movement, and community connection in a warm, welcoming space

❋ Menstrual Knowledge Talk

Learn how your menstrual cycle works, why symptoms show up, and evidence-informed ways to manage cramps, low energy, bloating, mood shifts, and more.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use every month.

❋ Period-Friendly Pilates Session

A gentle, restorative 30 minute Pilates flow designed specifically for menstruation. Expect slower-paced movement, breath-led sequences, and exercises to ease tension in the lower back, pelvis, and hips.

❋ Supportive Community + Connection

We finish with time to chat and connect with others navigating the same experiences.

❋ Continental Breakfast & Period Care Packs
