SOLLUM STUDIO POLICY
Please read before attending class.
Welcome to Sollum. We’re a heated mat Pilates studio designed to feel grounding, intimate, and intentional. To help maintain the experience for everyone, please read the policies below.
1. Arrival & Late Entry
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class.
Doors lock at the class start time. Late entry is not permitted.
For safety and to protect the flow of the class, we are unable to make exceptions.
This allows everyone to begin together and keeps the room settled once the heat has built.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class.
Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will incur a £10 charge
No-shows will incur a £12 charge
Our classes are intentionally small. Late cancellations prevent others from attending.
3. Heat & Safety
Sollum classes are heated.
Please hydrate before and after class.
Bring a water bottle.
If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell, pause and inform the instructor.
If you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before attending.
By attending, you confirm you are fit to participate in heated exercise.
4. Studio Etiquette
Phones must be on silent and stored away before class begins.
No talking once class starts.
Please wipe down equipment after use.
Be mindful of fragrance — we diffuse natural essential oils and aim to keep the space subtle and clean.
Sollum is designed to feel calm, grounded, and immersive. Help us protect that.
5. Personal Belongings
Personal items should be stored neatly in designated areas.
Sollum is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
6. Hygiene
Hot Pilates means sweat — and we embrace it.
Towels are mandatory in all classes.
Please place your towel over your mat during class.
Wear clean workout attire.
If using communal amenities, be respectful and hygienic.
This helps us maintain cleanliness and respect for the shared space.
7. Memberships & Packages
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiry dates apply and cannot be extended.
Introductory offers are one per client.
8. Filming & Content
Occasionally, we capture content in the studio for marketing purposes.
• If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please inform the instructor before class.
• Instructors may access the studio for approved content creation outside of class times.
• Clients may film during class provided no other clients are visible in the frame and the filming does not disrupt the session or make the instructor or any other client uncomfortable. We reserve the right to ask for filming to stop at any time.
9. Respecting the Space
Sollum is more than a workout. It’s a shared ritual.
Please treat the studio, the team, and fellow clients with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who disrupts the experience.
